Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All products at Kurtibagh are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
To help you find the perfect fit, please refer to our size chart and product description for maximum accuracy.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products

We only offer an exchange if you receive a defective or damaged item.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

  • Share:
  1. Your order number and contact details
  2. Photos,video and a description of the defect or damage

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Size Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for size reasons, you can request one within 2 days of delivery, and:

  1. Shipping/Reverse pickup charges of ₹150 will be borne by the customer.
  2. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  3. After we receive the product and complete a quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days, based on availability.
  4. If the requested size is sold out, we will issue store credit valid for 1 year.

Store Credit

For returns approved under special conditions, the refund will be processed only as store credit (validity 1 year).

Note: Store credit cannot be combined with any other discount coupon or offer.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a defect-based exchange or size exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items showing wear, stains, perfume, or damage due to use will not qualify.

Shipping for Replacement

  • For defective/damaged item replacement: Shipping is free.
  • For size exchange: Shipping charges are borne by the customer (₹150).
