Order Processing Time

• All orders are packed and processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

COD Order Confirmation

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched only after the customer confirms the order via call, message, or WhatsApp.
• Unconfirmed COD orders will not be shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 5–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
• Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
• COD orders may include an additional COD handling fee.

Delays & Failed Deliveries

• If there is an unexpected courier delay, we will keep you informed and follow up until the parcel reaches you.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable number, or customer unavailability.

1. The courier will attempt redelivery.
2. If the parcel returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.
